It facilitates the creation of draft invoices based on recorded work hours, which can then be easily finalized with a single click in Xero—either approved and sent immediately or reviewed beforehand. This application is particularly suited for professionals who need to efficiently invoice clients for their time, combining convenience with accuracy.

The solution features comprehensive integration with Xero, automatically importing contacts, accounts, and payment terms to ensure consistency. Time entries recorded in ZeroTime are directly transferred to Xero, eliminating the need for manual data entry or third-party synchronization. Data transfer occurs solely between your device and Xero, maintaining data privacy and integrity.

Key functionalities include iCloud synchronization, a summary widget displaying hours per client, and calendar integration, providing quick access to useful information at all times. Users can customize default invoice terms, apply contact-specific invoice preferences, and round time entries according to predefined settings. Billing rates are stored per contact, with options to configure project-specific rates and create pre-approval email templates for authority-to-bill approvals. Past time entries linked to invoice numbers can be exported via email, and invoices may be generated as Tax Exclusive, Tax Inclusive, or no tax at all. It also allows limiting contacts to specific groups and supports offline task management, requiring an internet connection only when finalizing invoices.
